For the year or so he's been living on Threa, he never thought to explore the place. Utopia was larger than he had imagined, for the boy had gotten lost at least ten times. Thankfully, he was able to find the mall. Man, this place was huge! He even become lost in there! Why did everything have to be so big? Well, at least he found a store he loved: the Book Store. Who doesn't love a good book store? They even had a music section, what luck!
A lone girl--or, what looked like a girl but was really a boy--wandered into the store, blue eyes round in amazement. There were so many books! The blond instantly found his way over to the music section. His blue eyes scanned the selves, searching for something to look at. Looking for new songs to sing was something he always enjoyed doing, especially if it was in the language he grew up in: Japanese. That, or English. English songs always worked, too. The cross-dressing boy's eyes locked on a thin book. He reached out to it, gently pulling it away from the rest of the books with a pale hand. He flipped through the pages of the book, taking a couple of minutes just to stare at each pages.

Bella was so clingy... Coming with her big sister to the mall and getting dropped off at the only place she would probably leave. Her big sister went off with some friends and Bella stayed behind here at the book store. It was all very huge but she was used to that. The pretty young girl, and yes she was very much female walked through the books. Looking for a photography book. she loved cameras, make -up, models and everything of the like. Her delicate hands picked up a book and blue eyes began to study images. She put the book back, then headed for the music section. She liked music, not the blaring noisy ones. Heavy metal was just to obnoxious for her. She liked softer styles, and as she was going in that direction she noticed another person. A certain person she couldn't take her eyes off. That person looked a lot like herself! She had to go make sure it wasn't just some illusion from her mental illness. She walked over and the only way to tell if someone was real was to touch them. She could hear them, she could see them but she couldn't touch the things only she could see. So when she quietly walked over to the person she poked them in the side of the arm. When she felt solid beneath her finger tip she took a step back and quickly apologized. "Oh I'm sorry. You just look like me and I..." She wasn't gonna tell some stranger she was crazy and had to touch things to know if they were real. It really was amazing though because this person was just like her! One big difference though was their clothing. This other person was wearing a black dress! That was how she knew it wasn't some kind of reflection. Little Bella was wearing black skinny jeans, and an over sized red shirt. why the younger sister of a modeling agency CEO was allowed to leave the house wearing such things was beyond anybody but hey she wasn't dressing up to much for the mall! Her black headband was the only thing in her hair. So she didn't look all that important, no tiaras.

Footsteps? Well, sure, Hatsuhara was in a book store, so there was going to be people walking about. However, these footstepts were coming towards him. When the footsteps ceased right beside him, the young shota tensed what little muscles he had. Don't let her touch me. Don't let her touch me. The small sentence was repeating itself in the boy's mind. Without even looking at who came towards him, he was already able to know what the gender was. A girl had light steps while a boy (er... Normal boy) had heavy steps. The footsteps were obviously light. At the little poke on his shoulder, the cross-dressing boy let out a high-pitched, girly yelp, instantly jumping away and crouching down with the music book held over his head in a frightened possition. His body was even trembling. Oh, fear of being touched, how he hated thee.
After a few moments, the boy was finally able to calm himself down. He took the book away from his head and stood up, placing the book on the top of the bookshelf. With his now-free hands, he was able to straighten out the black dress and fix the black ribbon in his hair. Hatsuhara then grabbed the book again, holding it infront of his waist while turning towards the girl. "G-gomenasai." He stuttered out in his native language, bowwing in appology like the in the culture he was raised in. The boy then straightened his back to stare the girl in the eye. Like the girl said, they did look quite alike. It looked as if they were twins, monozygotic twins at that. Wait, that couldn't be possible. His mother said that he was an only child, unless his suspisions of him living the wrong life were true. The boy pushed the thought out of his head. He might as well ask for a name. "I-I'm Kuroda Hatsuhara. A-ano... May I a-ask for your name?" Oh, jeez. He was still stuttering from his phobia.

Bella watched the similar person completely freak out. Jumping back after a high pitched yelp. Covering their head and then slowly recovering. She felt bad that they got so frightened. Then she heard him apologize in Japanese. Now that was something! The blond girl knew of japan because her mother often took business trips there. She apologized again, "No, no. I'm sorry for scaring you!" She studied her double's face again. Then heard their name. Bella smiled, "I'm Bella Eterna. " she heard the stranger stutter. She wondered why in the world he was so scared by a simple touch. Bella looked at the stranger, then she realized something, this must be her twin! She had heard once that she had an older twin that went missing the day they were born. She had always wondered if she would ever meet him! Now that incomplete filling was gone. Her twin must be this person! "When's your birthday if I may ask?" If they had matching birthdays, February fourteenth valentine's day then they just had to be twins! She stood there hoping desperately that she had finally found her twin! If it was true she would be the happiest girl on Threa for today! Maybe it was just coincidence but she knew they were meant to meet one day, and even if not today one day she would find her twin! Her fingers grasping the bottom of her over-sized red Elmo shirt. She was waiting for an answer that could change her life! Maybe both of their lives! Very exciting!

Eterna? Hasn't he heard that name before, other than while watching Pokemon back in Japan? The boy thought for a moment while his racing heart finally began to slow down. Eterna... Eterna... Wait, wasn't that the name of the building from that one modeling thing? She must be part of the family who runs the place. His attention was brought back by the girl's question. Birthday? Why did she need that? Oh well. "Fe-febuary fourteenth... Why did you ask?" Hatsuhara was finally calm enough now to fully pay attention, and his stutter began to vanish. This girl was weird. Then again, he wasn't too normal himself. He was a friggin' cross-dresser, of all things! Ah, what is the world coming to? The blond tilted his head slightly, blinking his blue-with-a-hint-of-green eyes as he waited for an answer.

Bella gasped! She was correct! This had to be her twin! "You see I had a twin who went missing on the day we were born. My birthday is also Feburary fourteenth! You look just like me you must be my older twin brother! Well I guess I would cal you oniisan." Bella looked at his blue eyes and remembered the one glitch. What if this person was really a girl! "Your a boy aren't you? You must be my twin!" She was so excited she heard the noises of a game show win behind her. She twirled to make sure there wasn't some camera and a big "we got you" sign. This was all just so wonderful. But she would need conformation from someone who wasn't crazy. For all she knew this was all in her head, her twin might not be real. She she touched him but that could just be in her head. She just thought she touched him. That was what sucked about being insane, you didn't know what was real and what wasn't. With that Bella took a deep breath, "Your really real? REALLY real right?" She just asked so she could hear from someone else that this was her real twin. That she could hear something that would make her feel sky high. Oh yes sure she was a little surprised to find her brother looking like a girl but didn't mind. They both had some quirks but that was okay. She loved all her siblings!

Twins? The look on the boy's face instantly went from pure confusion to blank. His brain even shut down on him for a few minutes. Once his brain started working again, the word 'twins' rushed through his mind continuously. They were... Twins? No, that couldn't be possible! His mother had always said he was an only child... Wait, maybe that was why she was so paranoid at keeping him away from, well, everyone? Was it because she didn't want them to take away her 'child'? Hatsuhara blinked a few times, realizing he was staring at the ground. He looked up to see the girl asking a question and twirling around. How... Odd? "Y-yeah, I'm a boy..." Somewhat. He was more of a girl, seeing how he could fool anyone into thinking he was, but he was, genetically speaking, a boy.
The cross-dresser put his hand up to his forehead, looking as though he had a headache, which he did. "As far as I know, I'm real..." Oh, what was his 'mother' going to say when she finds out that he had met his long-lost twin sister? All he wanted to do was buy a few new songs to sing, but no. God didn't want that to happen. Instead, the man upstairs made he and his twin sister meet after fourteen years of being apart. Joy...

Young Bella held her breath. Her twin went from confusion to blank. Then he came back from the abyss and also agreed that he was real. "I always knew that someday you would come back! I never met you but when I found out I once had a twin I just knew that my other piece would be okay. Nowell Eterna, that was your name! Your other name is lovely too!" Bella was very friendly with him now. She felt there should be no secrets between the two! She wanted to know everything her twin had ever accomplished. He was supposed to be by her own side for these fourteen years and she felt they needed to catch up. The girl tugged her Elmo shirt. Entwining her fingers with the fabric. If she had a pen it would be flying through her fingers in a twirling explosion because that was what she did. She preoccupied her fingers when she was happy or when she was bored or when she simply had a pen. Little Bella here hoped that her twin stopped looking so shocked and became as happy as she felt. Then she realized something unfortunate. Even if their mother might see her son again, their father never would...

Thoughts raced through the boy's head as he tried to comprehend what was actually happening. He didn't like change, he never had. The move from Japan on Earth to Utopia, Threa was enough change for him already. But, now, he had a twin... He even had a birth name, Nowell Eterna. Hatsuhara shook his head, clearing the scrambled thoughts, well, trying to, at least. The boy cleared his throat, which had then become dry. "That's going to be hard to get used to... Th-the name, I mean." The older twin blinked, blue eyes scanning the book store, locking on a coffee shop-looking area in the back. "Should we go over to the Coffee Shop and--" What did those who hadn't seen eachother in, well, forever do? "--catch up on, well, everything?" He glanced back at the younger female twin while he slid the music book back into place. He was really unsure of what to do.

Bella smiled, hard to get used to? He didn't even have to use that name if he didn't want to. "You have a nice name, you don't have to give it up if you don't want to." Bella's little heart jumped up her throat when he invited her to go to the coffee shop with him. That would be perfect but oh there was so much to catch up on. How could she ever tell him that father wasn't going to ever be able to greet him. He probably had a family of his own, would he leave them to come home? Bella wouldn't ask him to do any of that yet. She just wanted to get to know the piece missing from her life for so long. She nodded, "Sure. Let's go get drinks. What do you want to drink? I'll pay!" Bella already had her wallet in her back pocket. She wanted banana and strawberry milkshake! They were the best! Although she loved watermelons they just didn't taste good in milkshakes. It was just a sad fact of life. Bananas just made most things taste better.

The boy flinched at how fast his younger twin could react. Was she really his long-lost twin sister? She seemed to be the complete opposite, personality-wise. Hatsuhara sighed, thinking of how to answer. What drinks did the coffee shop have? He might as well go with something he always had, whether the weather was below zero or not. "Banana smoothie...?" His answer came out more of a question, seeing how he didn't know if Threa had banana smoothies or not. A thought crossed the boy's mind. If his true family was lived in Utopia, then... Would he have to leave the woman who raised him? That would just be too hard on the boy. Plus, going off to live with a family he never actually knew was out there would just be too confusing and, well, scary! Hatsuhara would just continue living with the woman he has called 'mother' for his fourteen years of life for the time being. There's been too much change already in the past year.

Little Bella smiled, taking a few steps toward the coffee shop. It surprised her how slow her twin could be!That was okay because opposites attract. She was also slow in her own way. Yeah she could see things no one else could and it was frightening so she had to make sure things were real. She giggled at his question-like answer. "Yup! Banana smoothie for you and strawberry-banana milkshake for me. So were have you been all my life?" Yes, she kicked it off with such a phrase because it was true. If he had been in Utopia this whole time he would have been discovered a while ago most likely. She was curious all about what his family was like and where he had lived. Little Bella never wanted to leave herself. She wouldn't take a step off the ground, not after their father's airplane accident. So now she had a twin who had really traveled! Bella had never even left Utopia. She had always been happy here, with her big sister and big brother as her role models. She walked towards the counter and waited for some waitress to come around or some waiter or clerk. She also looked at her twin waiting for him to come over as well. Of course she was patient girl and wouldn't rush him or anything. Her twin could take all the time in the world because she had managed to wait this long.

Strawberry-banana milkshake? Oh, that sounded good as well, but the boy didn't feel like changing his order. At the girl's question of 'where have you been all my life,' the blond just gave a small smile. "Japan." He stated simply. Hatsuhara watched in silence as his female counterpart made her way over to the coffee shop. He had forgotten that he was supposed to go with her, so he didn't snap out of his trance-like stare at the coffee shop until he caught his long-lost twin glancing back at him. The cross-dressing boy blinked a few times, allowing his slightly blurred vision to come back from staring too long.
Hatsuharu started heading for the coffee shop, locking his eyes on his sister so he didn't have to see anyone staring at him. He took a seat at the nearest empty table he could find and waited patiently. Let's see... He had a long-lost twin, so that must mean his birth parents were still here. Did he have any other siblings he should know about? He'd have to ask Bella when she came back with the drinks. He side, leaning back in the chair. There were just too many questions he wanted to ask.

Little Bella eyed her double across the distance that had grown with everyone of her steps. It was strange how he just stood there in a trance. But she was still thinking over his earlier answer. Japan? That meant he had been on Earth! A whole different planet... Somewhere on a different planet she had a twin for the past 14 or so years. So he had finally come back tho Threa? That was a good thing she would have always wondered if he hadn't. Calmly the young girl stepped towards the counter and ordered like a big girl. Ignoring the cats she was seeing all over the place. The little hallucinations could be ignored. So what? Just a bunch of tabby cats at every turn... It didn't take long for the drinks to be handed over. The waitress handed the two drinks to the fourteen year old girl in the Elmo shirt. Bella then turned to search the tables for her twin. When she found him sitting and waiting she headed over smiling. The cats didn't bother her. No one would notice her seeing them as long as she ignored them. So she sat the beverages down and looked at her twin. In a little bit of a know-how voice she spoke up. "So I guess we must both have questions. Why don't you ask me some things and I'll ask you some things?" She smiled even though she was a bit uncomfortable knowing she was having mental issues here in the quiet shop with her twin. Why was it that the day she finds her twin, her brain decides to act up with hallucinations? Maybe this was a bigger change for her than she had originally thought.

The boy's blue eyes were locked on his twin sister, though his eyes were slightly glassy from being off in another world. The world of questions seemed to take over his mind quite a lot lately. Hatsuhara blinked a few times at the soft clang of the drinks being set on the table. His glazed-over eyes instantly changed back to normal, locking on the yellow drink infront of him. His thirst took over as he stared at the drink, making him quickly pick up the cup it was in. If it weren't for the straw in the cup, he would have chugged it down and gained one painful brainfreeze. So, instead, he brought the straw up and into his mouth, beginning to drink. Ah, he was in heaven. Bananas tasted good in any form.
Hatsuhara blinked, switching his attention from the amazing drink to his twin sister. Questions? Oh, right. He had almost forgot why they were at the coffee shop when the smoothie was set infront of him. "S-sure..." A small smile formed on his face as he tried to remember the questions that were filling his head earlier. Ah, there was one! "Seeing how I've been raised by a paranoid, Japanese widow for my whole life, I want to know this: What are our parents like?" He tilted his head to the left a few degrees, waiting patiently for an answer.
